EULA

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Monsoro, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company and the parent holding company ("Monsoro"), governing your use of the Layer Weather application. By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. Grant of Licence

Subject to this EULA, Monsoro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Licence Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the App; remove proprietary notices; use the App to damage our systems; or develop a competing product.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Monsoro retains all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant trademark rights.

4. Third-Party Components

The App includes open-source and third-party components governed by their own licences. Nothing here limits your rights under those licences.

5. Updates

Updates may be required for continued use and may install automatically. Updated versions remain subject to this EULA unless a new agreement accompanies the update. Material changes to this EULA are noted in the app or by email, and we update the effective date and the version at the top.

6. Store Terms

App Store downloads are also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no maintenance or support obligation beyond applicable refunds. Google Play downloads are also subject to Google Play's terms. Google is not a party to this EULA and has no maintenance or support obligation beyond applicable refunds.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

MONSORO, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Rights end automatically if you breach any term. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in York County, South Carolina.
